"The Nut Job" Nutbutter Superfood Sauce Recipe

Use This Super Simple Superfood Sauce on EVERYTHING!
Sure you might be thinking, garbanzo beans? chickpeas? this sounds an awful lot like a hummus. No, no, no, my friend, this superfood sauce prefers to identify as a super versatile creamy sauce. Always welcome at any party, sporting event, or workplace potluck. Someone's gotta add some zest to that social event, because we all know Eugene is going to bring that boring ol' spinach dip, ...again.

30oz Garbanzo Beans
1/3 Cup Nutista "The Nut Job"
3 ½ Tbsp Olive Oil
1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
1/3 Cup Greek Yogurt
2 Garlic Cloves
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Pepper
1 ½ Tbsp Peanuts, Chopped
1 ½ Tbsp Almonds, Chopped

Drain & rinse the Garbanzo Beans. Mix Garbanzo Beans, Nutista "The Nut Job," Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Greek Yogurt, Garlic, Salt, Cumin, Paprika and Pepper in a food processor or blender until smooth. Add in more Olive Oil if it’s too thick. Mix chopped peanuts and almonds with a touch of olive oil, ½ tsp of paprika. Sprinkle mixture on top of hummus. Dip with your favorite veggies or pita bread and enjoy!
