How to Make Gluten-Free Chickpea Blondies

Recipe: Gluten-Free Chickpea Blondies

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 cup Nutista “The Mountie” nutbutter
2/3 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla paste
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg
3/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 F. In a food processor combine all ingredients except chocolate chips. Purée until all ingredients are smooth. Add in chips and pulse to combine. Pour into a greased 13x9 pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
